Ingredients
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili
- basil leaves fresh
- 1 onion
Base
- However much butternut you have
- 2 carrots
- 1 can tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cup broth of any kind

- Chicken
or
- Tofu
or
- Roast chicken

Instructions
- heat oven to 200. Dice butternut and season with salt, coriander and cinnamon.
- Put butternut in the oven for 50 minutes. Prepare other ingredients (carrots/fresh tomatoes/any other veges) and put in the oven 20-30 minutes after the butternut went in.
- While the vegetables are in the oven, start boiling the pasta and cooking your chosen protein.
- In a blender, put 3/4 of the vegetables into a blender and blend.
- In the pan you cooked the protein with, pour the vege blend and add in the broth. mix until a soupy texture (can be a little watery) and then add & mix the pasta in.
- Serve by pouring the soupy pasta into a bowl and topping with the rest of the roast veges and protien.
